This policy explains what information the Vwings Association app collects, why, and your choices. The app is a members-only professional business-networking and association-management platform for Vwings India.

To operate the association platform: authentication, member directory, chapters and governance, events and QR attendance, messaging and the social feed, job portal, matrimony, referrals, ecommerce listings, and notifications. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Profile information you choose to publish is visible to other approved members of the association. We use trusted service providers solely to run the service: Google Firebase (push notifications) and MongoDB Atlas (encrypted database hosting). We may disclose information if required by law.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and stored in access-controlled databases; passwords are hashed. We retain your data while your membership is active and delete or anonymize it on request or a reasonable period after account closure.
You can edit your profile, revoke location/contacts/notification permissions in your device settings at any time, and request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Uninstalling the app stops further data collection.
The app is intended for adult members (18+) of the association and is not directed to children.
